Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NeuroBone Physiotherapy Home Services and its team members. By accepting employment with the NeuroBone, team members agree to abide by these terms.
Employment Terms

Position and Responsibilities: Team members will perform their duties as outlined in their job description and adhere to the Clinic’s policies and procedures.

Confidentiality: Team members must maintain the confidentiality of patient information and clinic operations. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

Professional Conduct:Team members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically, providing high-quality care and service to patients.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary and Wages Compensation is provided as outlined in the employment agreement as it will be shared to you after negotiation.
Work Schedule

Hours of Work: Team members will be working as free-lancer and they are expected to work their scheduled hours and adhere to the policy. Information of the prior leave must be informed to the NeuroBone team and patient priorly.
Termination of Employment

Voluntary Termination: Team members wishing to resign must provide written notice as specified in their employment agreement.

Involuntary Termination: NeuroBone Physiotherapy may terminate employment for reasons including, but not limited to, performance
Dispute Resolution

Grievances: Team members with concerns or grievances should follow the Clinic’s grievance procedure.
Non-Conversion Clause

Team members are strictly prohibited from converting Clinic patients into their private clients. Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination and will be held in compensation to the violation accordingly.
Acceptance of Terms

By continuing employment with the Clinic, team members acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
